    • A credit card reference is required to guarantee your reservation (A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation)

  • Rules:

    • Payment upon arrival, by Visa or Mastercard credit card.

    • A credit card is required for the deductible guarantee.

    • No payment by check is accepted.

  • Contract and insurance:

    • The main driver is the contract signer and is the designated person responsible for all rental charges.

    • Insurance is included in the vehicle rental price.

    • The insurance includes a deductible ranging from 900 to 1200 euros, which remains the customer's responsibility in the event of damage or theft of the rented vehicle.

  • Delivery, return, cancellation:

    • Delivery and return of vehicles at airports are available 7 days a week.

    • Before 8 AM and after 6 PM, a surcharge for exceptional travel of 25 euros per hour will apply.

    • Cancellation more than 7 days before the start of the rental is free of charge.

    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the rental incurs a charge of 30% of the total rental amount.

    • For same-day cancellations, the full rental amount will be charged.

    • No show: Customers who do not show up on the scheduled day of the rental without canceling their reservation will be charged the full rental amount.

    • Once started, rentals are neither refundable nor reduced in case of withdrawal by the designated tenant, and the full rental amount will remain payable to Kangourou Car.
